  • AI-generated summaries and extracted data points

For this data, Voxifi acts as a data processor on your behalf. You, as the Customer, remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from End Users.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Factors we consider include:

Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account settings. You may delete call data through the Service at any time.
